Implementation of Skills Competency Test (SMK)

Today, I want to share my experience regarding implementing the Skills Competency Test (UKK) in Vocational High Schools (SMK). UKK is one of the important stages in vocational school education which aims to measure students' abilities in the areas of expertise studied during school. The following is a summary of my experience in implementing UKK today.

Today is the day that all vocational school students, including myself, have been waiting for. UKK is an important moment to show the skills and knowledge that we have learned so far. All students seemed enthusiastic and ready to face this challenge.

Before implementing UKK, we have prepared ourselves by studying and repeating the material that has been taught so far. Our teachers also provide guidance and practice questions to help us prepare well.

Today, we arrived at school earlier than usual. The exam room has been prepared neatly and comfortably. We were given exam numbers and sat in our designated places. All students looked focused and ready to start the exam.

UKK implementation is carried out in stages according to a predetermined schedule. Each student is given sufficient time to answer the questions that have been prepared. We have to maintain concentration and try our best to answer correctly.

The questions tested in UKK cover various aspects of the skills that we have learned so far. From theory to practice, we are tested to demonstrate our understanding and skills in a chosen area of expertise.

During the UKK implementation, the atmosphere in the exam room was very calm and quiet. We respect each other and there is no cheating going on. Supervising teachers are also present to ensure that the exam runs smoothly.

After finishing answering all the questions, we handed over the answer sheet to the supervising teacher. I felt relieved and a little proud to be able to finish the exam well. However, we still realize that the exam results will determine our abilities in our field of expertise.

After the UKK implementation, we returned to class to continue learning activities as usual. However, there is a feeling of anticipation and anticipation of the exam results which will be announced some time later.

The UKK results will be a reference in determining the graduation and competency certificate that we will get. We hope for good results and in accordance with the efforts we have made so far.

Implementing UKK today is a valuable experience for us as vocational school students. We learned about the importance of preparation, concentration and hard work in facing exams. We hope for good results and are ready to face the next challenges in our educational journey at SMK.
